Can you find your real estate company?

Search Engine Optimization is becoming very important to not only the real estate industry but any buisness trying to make it in the Internet Market.  Depending on the product or service your company offers you may have an easy or tough time marketing your product and your site with all of the competition that may exist.

The Real Estate industry is a prime example as there are so many realtors and real estate offices in every single demographic marketing area and as such when people do a search for real estate they are not disappointed with all of the results being returned.  It is important that any realtor focuses on their sites SEO so that they do not become buried within all of the other sites returned in a single query.

In an ever changing industry it is important to have a proper in-house our out-of-house SEO guru who can keep up to date with the latest tactics and help you define and outline your search engine strategy.  Be careful of companies that claim to have a personal relationship with Google or any search engine and be careful of those who claim to get you first place listings in a matter of days or even weeks.  Proper SEO will take months to be put into place and remain in place so that your site does not become blacklisted or treated as spam.

Always question any individual or company you are looking to hire and as always post questions on any popular SEO forum and the community will be glad to help you in finding the right solution.

Hi Caleb... would love to pick your brain. I have made it to the first page of Google results, but want to do the same for my COMPANY site, and improve clicks and capturing leads. Let me know if you can help.

Hi Caleb!

Great way to integrate your AR Blog into your site!  You have to teach me to do that now.    Thanks for the practical advise.  So many agents fall pray to the, get your site to the Top of the Rankings overnight scams, and throw away money at doing so... when we all know it is an ongoing process.

Thanks so much for all of your help and best wishes!

Sincerely,
